SKS Tehnika OÜ
SKS Tehnika OÜ sells and markets automation, electrical and machine building components, as well as electrical drives in Estonia. The subsidiary, established in 2002, is a regional sales office. Its three salespeople serve all of the Group's sales companies in the Baltic region. Excellent data transfer connections and flexible logistical services enable efficient service for local customer companies.

SKS Group St Petersburg Office
TIn the St Petersburg economic area, SKS Group markets both electrical and mechanical machine and equipment building components. The representative office in St Petersburg was registered in 1996. The office focuses mainly on supporting the sales efforts of the Group’s Finnish sales companies in the St Petersburg economic area. In addition, the office actively participates in the marketing of SKS-made temperature sensors more widely in Russia. The office, located in St Petersburg, has 2 employees. Warehouse and service centre is located in Vantaa, Finland (Martinkyläntie 50).

Zao Connecto Vyborg
SKS Connecto Oy’s Russian subsidiary (ZAO Connecto Vyborg) operates in Vyborg, Russia, in the premises of SKS Connecto’s local subcontractor ZAO Finnskor. The company’s main task is to oversee and develop the quality of the subcontracting processes for SKS Connecto’s products manufactured in Vyborg as well as logistical performance. The logistics centre in Hyvinkää, Finland, manages the material flows for products in the contract manufacturing process in both directions.

SKS Connecto Polska Sp. z. o.o
SKS Connecto Polska is a daughter company for SKS Connecto Oy and is located 100 km south from Gdańsk. Company produces electrical assemblies to its Finnish customers in Finland and in Central Europe. Main products are cable and wire set assemblies.

SKS China Co., Ltd.
Along with increasing purchases from China by the various sales companies of the Group, SKS Group established a representative office in Shanghai, China, in 2007. Its personnel serves all Group companies in new supplier selection and in the quality control of end products. The operations of the office were actively expanded in spring 2010 by establishing the company SKS China Co. Ltd. for component sales, warehousing and product processing to serve also local customers.

SKS Sweden AB
The product range of SKS Sweden AB includes helical gearboxes and worm gears, planetary gears, 3-phase motors and brake motors. The company operates in Sweden.
