SKS Mekaniikka Oy and SKS Tohmac Oy joining forces


The business activities of SKS Tohmac Oy will be acquired by SKS Mekaniikka Oy by the end of the year 2009. During 2010 SKS Tohmac Oy will be merged with SKS Group Oy.
As both SKS Mekaniikka Oy and SKS Tohmac Oy have operated on very much the same customer branches, the transfer will strengthen the development and growth of the SKS’s mechanical business and will enable us to offer our customers a more comprehensive service and product range. Also more efficient organization and cost structure will provide an advantage to our customers in the future.
For the time being the companies will operate as before and we will keep you informed about the changes in contact details and operations of SKS Tohmac Oy as the transfer process proceeds.
