Mr. Rami Hakala has been appointed Managing Director of SKS Automaatio Oy as from 1.1.2012. Mr. Ilpo Mäkelä has been appointed Managing Director of SKS Connecto Oy as from 1.1.2012.

The previous Managing Director of both companies, Mr. Jari Vähämäki, will continue as a member of Board in both companies. Mr. Heimo J. Aho continues as the Chairman of the Board of SKS Automaatio Oy and SKS Connecto Oy.
